With our vast experience in both new construction and renovation projects, we are adept at designing and executing these initiatives swiftly and efficiently. We collaborate closely with municipalities, educational institutions, and real estate partners. To address the shortage of student housing, we explore both long-term and short-term solutions. Our primary focus is on constructing student accommodations near educational institutions and campuses. Additionally, we consider other central locations accessible by public transport and existing buildings for potential temporary conversion into student accommodations. Our projects meticulously consider the immediate surroundings of the complex or campus and their integration with the city.
